Crab Salsa

This dip is perfect for any party. It's usually the first thing gone.

Crab Salsa
adapted from my Aunt Michele

1 pkg. imitation crabmeat
2 lemons, juiced
1/2 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and let flavors blend for about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients.

Juice the living daylights out of your lemons.

Chop the tomatoes. I love my Cutco knives.

Chop the crab meat. After I chop it, I break it up with my fingers to shred it up a bit.

Chop the cilantro.

You guessed it, chop the onions.

Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and admire the beauty. Wait, it get's better.

Lightly stir the ingredients and let the flavors marinate together for a while...or you can just dig right in if you can't wait. That's what we did. Enjoy!

This is our favorite salsa too! I like to use limes too, sometimes I do half and half, and sometimes I do all limes instead of lemons.

The tomatoes in Texas look better then the ones in Washington right now.

This looks so yummy! I have put Whitney in charge of bringing this recipe with us to Costa Rica in two weeks so that we can make it there and eat it by the pools in the backyards of the homes we are staying in. Thanks Candace!

I am very excited about this new blog you have created. I am always looking for new ideas. If you have any yummy crock pot ideas post them we get out of church at 5pm now so I need something ready right when we get home.
