Girard's Light Caesar Dressing
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper

This is my version of a quick and easy Caesar salad. I usually don't have time to whip up my own dressing, so I use this wonderful dressing that is a great substitute every time. I just love Girard's.
