1 bunch of asparagus, washed and ends trimmed
fresh ground pepper
Turn oven to 425 degrees. Lay asparagus on baking sheet (I use a half sheet) and sprinkle lightly with olive oil. Lightly toss asparagus with hands to make sure olive oil is distributed evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Bake on middle rack for about 6-8 minutes, depending on how done you like them.
Pretty easy, huh? This isn't rocket science, people.
