Sugar Popcorn
Lybbert Sunday Night Tradition
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup yellow popcorn
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt
Add all of the ingredients into the Stir Crazy popcorn popper. About 4-5 minutes later you have wonderful lightly sugared popcorn. Take the bowl that is part of the Stir Crazy popcorn popper and dump it upside down once the popcorn has all popped. Pour into a large bowl and lightly salt.

This popcorn is a Lybbert tradition every Sunday night. We love it! The Stir Crazy popcorn popper can make regular popcorn too, but we enjoy the sugared most of all. Read all about it here. Four ingredients: Oil, yellow popcorn, sugar and salt (not in picture).
Pour the popcorn onto the Stir Crazy.
Add the sugar and oil.
Plug it in and watch it stir around. This is my kids favorite part. You need the lid on of course. I had to take it off to take this picture.
Minutes later the popcorn starts to pop...
and you have this. I promise it will be very hard to stop eating.
