Here's how to enter:

Candace- I don't know if you remember me, but I lived in Avonlea at Ricks college. I married Brad Nielson. I found your blog through one of his relatives and have loved your recipes. Very normal and good, plus my kids will eat it, always a plus. Thanks for posting recipes.

What I love about Cox's honey is that you don't need to use butter too because it is that creamy. I love love it for corn bread, scones, and of course hot bread but it does make a killer pb and Honey sandwich too.

Fresh from the oven bread. My grandmother was a Cox, so we always had this honey when we visited and she would bring it to us for a surprise. It reminds me of my childhood!

Homemade whole wheat bread - with honey! So good. I would love to win this!

Yes we are still reading your blog Candace.
I am wondering if you could make your recipes more searchable. It is second round time for that delicious chicken noodle soup. My friends still remember it from last flu season. Hopefully the weather will cool down, but I guess I could always use my solar cooker to bake rolls (with honey ;) to go along with the yummy soups of fall and winter. Another way I remember from my childhood was something we called pioneer candy. I don't really know how to make it but it had peanut butter, honey and dry milk. We mixed it like playdough and made shapes and things until we wanted to eat it.-kps

I love to use it in cooking--granola, bread, etc. I love to top cereal with it instead of sugar. And is there anything better on toast? Daishan
